Participation: The VeloPark Debrecen Grand Prix 2023 is open to all Hungarian and foreign riders who present their national federation license for the relevant category valid for season 2023/24. For international riders, the license must contain the UCI ID.

Registration: At the race office. On 11th November 2023: from 8:00 to 15:00 – all categories. On the day of the race: Women Junior from 8:00 to 9:30 a.m., Men Junior from 8:00 to 10:30 a.m., Women Elite 8:00 to 11:45 a.m., Men Elite 8:00-13:00.

The entry form must include: first name, last name, team name, category and UCI ID. Entry fee payment is part of the entry form, the registration becomes valid after payment of the entry fee.

The deadline for applications is 8th November 2023, 12:00 p.m.

Payment can be made online by credit card.

A competitor who fails to pay the entry fee by the entry deadline will be considered not registered and will not be listed in the start list.

Facilities for competitors:

Changing rooms, toilets and reserved teams area.

Anti-doping control:

Will be carried out according to the Anti-Doping Control Rules of the UCI and the Anti-Doping Committee of Hungary in the building of International School of Debrecen.

Start line protocol: 1. According to the start line protocol in international UCI C2 category races, based on the current UCI overall individual classification (season 2023/24). 2. Hungarian National CUP standings (points classification). 3. Other riders by draw.

Detailed map of the event area and race course

Course length: 2500-3000 m, ~10% asphalt. Obstacles: planks, sand, bridges.

Prize list and prize money payment process:

Prize money will be paid after the award ceremonies against signature. Later requests will not be considered. Prize money may be paid in local currency at the current exchange rate.
