Szabályzat és pályaadatok

A verseny az UCI vonatkozó szabályzatai és az UCI doppingellenes szabályai szerint kerül megrendezésre.

  • 200 méter hosszú, fedett fapálya
  • Pályaszélesség: 5,1 méter
  • Dőlésszög: kanyarban 50,53° (maximum), egyenesben 14,20° (minimum)

Program és edzés

  • Csapatok érkezése és fogadása: 2026. augusztus 10-én 16:00 órától.
  • Rajtszámok kiadása és licencellenőrzés: 2026. augusztus 11-én 7:45–8:45 között, a velodrom belső területén.
  • Technikai értekezlet: 2026. augusztus 11-én 8:45-kor, a velodrom belső területén.
  • Az előzetes versenyprogramot a közös magyar–angol programtáblázat tartalmazza. A végleges program a nevezések számától függően módosulhat.
  • Edzésidő 2026. augusztus 10-én 16:00 órától, valamint a korábbi napokon extra edzésidőpont előzetes foglalás alapján igényelhető.

Eredményhirdetés, nézők és szolgáltatások

  • Az eredményhirdetések időpontját a versenyprogram tartalmazza; az 1–3. helyezettek érmet kapnak.
  • A rendezvény a nézők és a hozzátartozók számára nyitott, a belépés ingyenes. A korlátozott ülőhelyek miatt előzetes regisztráció ajánlott.
  • Áramellátás a pályán van.
  • Mosdó a velodrom területén, zuhanyzó külön épületben található.
  • Vízvételi lehetőség a velodrom belső területén elérhető.
  • Parkolás a velodrom mögötti, nem őrzött parkolóban lehetséges. Lakóautóval történő érkezést előre jelezni kell.
  • Étkezés rendelés lehetséges, a megrendelő lapot 5 nappal a verseny kezdete előtt elküldjük a nevezettek részére.

Egészségügyi ellátás

  • A hivatalos edzés és a versenynapok teljes ideje alatt egy esetkocsi biztosítja az egészségügyi ellátást.

  • A szervezők fenntartják a jogot arra, hogy minden versenyszámban kiválasszák az induló versenyzőket.
  • A mezőnyversenyek maximális létszáma 20 versenyző.
  • Kérjük, hogy a nevezéseket a lehető leghamarabb küldjék el.
  • A program előzetes, és a nevezések számától függően változhat.
  • A szervezők nem vállalnak felelősséget a résztvevők által okozott károkért.
  • Minden résztvevő saját felelősségére és saját biztosításával vesz részt a versenyen. A szervező az esetleges balesetekért és sérülésekért nem vállal felelősséget.
  • A nevezéssel a résztvevő tudomásul veszi és elfogadja, hogy róla kép- és hangfelvétel készülhet. Az MKSZ ezeket a felvételeket a versennyel kapcsolatos médiaanyagokban és beszámolókban felhasználhatja.
  • A nevezéssel a résztvevő kifejezetten hozzájárul a nevezéshez szükséges személyes adatainak az MKSZ (a továbbiakban: Szervezők) általi kezeléséhez. Az adatkezelés célja a versenyrendszerbe történő regisztráció és a versenyeredmények adminisztrálása. A Szervezők a megadott adatokat a hatályos jogszabályokkal, különösen a GDPR rendelkezéseivel összhangban kezelik. Az adatokat az eredmények igazolása és statisztikai adatszolgáltatás céljából hivatalos szerveknek továbbíthatják. A Szervezők adatfeldolgozót nem vesznek igénybe.

ELŐZETES PROGRAM / PROVISIONAL PROGRAMME

A végleges program a nevezések számától függően módosulhat. A pálya nem légkondicionált, ezért rendkívül magas hőmérséklet esetén programváltozás lehetséges. / The final schedule is subject to change depending on the number of entries. The track is not air-conditioned; therefore, the programme may be changed in the event of extremely high temperatures.

Regulations and track specifications

The competition will be held in accordance with the relevant UCI Regulations and the UCI Anti-Doping Rules.

  • 200-metre indoor wooden track
  • Track width: 5.1 metres
  • Banking: 50.53° in the bends (maximum) and 14.20° on the straights (minimum)

Schedule and training

  • Team arrival and reception: from 16:00 on 10 August 2026.
  • Race number distribution and licence control: 07:45–08:45 on 11 August 2026, in the infield of the velodrome.
  • Technical meeting: 08:45 on 11 August 2026, in the infield of the velodrome.
  • The provisional competition programme is set out in the shared Hungarian–English schedule. The final programme is subject to change depending on the number of entries.
  • Track training is available from 16:00 on 10 August 2026. Additional training slots on earlier days may be booked in advance.

Awards, spectators and services

  • Award ceremonies will take place according to the competition schedule; medals will be awarded to the riders placed 1st–3rd.
  • The event is open to spectators and accompanying persons, and admission is free. Advance registration is recommended due to limited seating.
  • Meal orders are available. The order form will be sent to registered participants five days before the start of the competition.
  • Electricity is available at the track.
  • Restrooms are available at the velodrome; showers are located in a separate building.
  • Drinking water is available in the infield of the velodrome.
  • Parking is available behind the velodrome and is not secured. Arrival by motorhome must be announced in advance.

Medical services

  • One advanced life-support ambulance will provide medical cover throughout the official training session and the race days.

  • The organizers accept no liability for damage caused by participants.
  • All participants compete at their own risk and with their own insurance. The organizer accepts no liability for accidents or injuries.
  • By entering, participants acknowledge and agree that photographs, video and audio recordings may be made of them. The Hungarian Cycling Federation may use these recordings in media materials and reports relating to the event.
  • By entering, participants expressly consent to the processing by the Hungarian Cycling Federation (hereinafter: the Organizers) of the personal data required for entry. The purposes of processing are registration in the competition system and administration of competition results. The Organizers process the submitted data in accordance with applicable law, in particular the GDPR. The data may be disclosed to official authorities for the purposes of verifying results and providing statistical information. The Organizers do not engage data processors.
